I KNOW YOU 2

DAILY GRACE FRI. 6TH JAN, 2017 I KNOW YOU 2 JOHN 5: 42 God will grant you personal revelational knowledge of His will, way and word today in the name of Jesus Christ. "But I know you, that you do not have the love of God in you." As we continue from where we paused yesterday. The reason the Jewish leader persecuted the Messiah and also sought to kill Him was because they did not have the love of God in them. Secondly, the proof of this charge, by the personal knowledge of Jesus Christ, who searches the heart (Rev. 2:23) and knows what is in man. "But I know you" I want to submit to you beloved that Christ Jesus sees through all your pretense and disguises, and can say to each of us, "l know you." Let's consider these deeply; 1.) Jesus Christ knew men better than their neighbours knew them. You will observe that the people thought that the scribes and Pharisees were very devout and good men, but Christ Jesus knew that they had not the love of God in them. Just as you are known to many people today as Chorister or worship leader, intercessor leaders, evangelist, bishop etc. Don't be surprise that Jesus Christ really know who you are indeed. 2.) Jesus Christ knew men better than they knew themselves. These Jews had a very good opinion of themselves, but Christ knew how corrupt their inside was, notwithstanding the speciousness of their outside. Just as you hold a very good opinion about yourself or life, you may deceive yourself, but you cannot deceive Him beloved. 3.) Jesus Christ knows men who do not and will not know Him; He looks on those who industriously look off from Him, and calls by their own name, their true name, those who have not known Him. Friend, Christ Jesus knows you more than the identity you project before the crowd that you are His. If your identity is not genuine before Him, repent now before its too late.
