EVRY GOOD TREE 2

DAILY GRACE SUN.8TH JAN, 2017 EVERY GOOD TREE 2 MATTEW 7:17 Happy Sunday to you beloved. God of all grace will cause you to be fruitful and bear good fruits in Jesus' name. "Likewise, every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit." Let's continue from where we stopped yesterday. God is the gardener, Jesus is the true vine and believers are the branches. Most of the time, it is the branch that carries the fruits that the tree bears. It is normal for every good tree to bear good fruits. The focus here is on the good tree and the work that God and His Son (Jesus) does in and on the tree for good fruits to spring forth from it. Let's consider the followings; a.) God: He is the gardener, he tends, keeps and prunes the tree. His work is to cut off every branch on the tree that fails to bear food fruits. For every tree that bears good fruits; He prunes/trim ✂ off the excesses so that there can be more rooms to allow the branch to flourish and ready to produce good fruits. b.) Jesus: He is the true vine, the good free 🎄 Himself and since He is a good tree, it is certain that good fruits will emanate from the tree. The only reason why the branches (believer) will bring forth bad fruits is when we cease from remaining in Christ Jesus (John 15:5). Beloved, remaining in Christ is not about attending church services alone but cultivating a cordial and intimate relationship with God. You can not bear fruits 🍉 and especially good fruits on your own. To bear good fruits, you must REMAIN in JESUS CHRIST and that is the ONLY means to bear good fruits that will remain and also abide in Him (John 15:4, 16). You must bear in mind that whenever you stray away from Him, you will be thrown away and the moment you are thrown away, you will surely wither and then thrown into fire 🔥. This fire is the fire of the crisis in the world (recession, sickness, calamities, failures,etc) and also the fire of hell. This year you must make up your mind to solidly remain in Jesus, so as to bear good fruits that will remain in Him. To be continued. God bless you greatly. Enjoy your day!
