AVOID DECEPTION

DAILY GRACE SAT.14TH JULY, 2018 AVOID DECEPTION 1 CORINTHIANS 6:9 "Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals, nor sodomites" Beloved, we are in a generation that takes the things of God with levity. Nevertheless, the commandment of the Lord and God Himself, does not change. It does not matter whether we trivialise it or not. You must know what the stand of the Lord is on every issue through His word or Spirit. The stand of God concerning sexual immorality of any kind (masturbation, fornication, adultery, lust, homosexuality, bestiality, incest, etc) remains the same. None of such people will inherit the Kingdom of God. God of all grace does not want believers to indulge in sexual immoralities of any kind because of the following; 1.) It is the Lord's command and not an advice. It must be obeyed. (1 Thes. 4:8). 2.) It is the will of God that believers should be sanctified and separated from all forms of sexual immoral acts. (1 Thes.4:3). 3.) The call of salvation is a call to holy and righteous living. (1 Thes. 4:7) 4.) None of us should take advantage of anyone so as to indulge in such immoral acts. (1 Thes.4:6) 5.) Your body is precious to God of all grace and you were purchased with a price. (1 Cor. 6:20). Friend, avoid deception of evil counsellor because God wants you to depart from all forms of impurities and remain sexually pure. To be continued.. Enjoy your day!!!
