REFLECT HIS PRINCIPLES

DAILY GRACE SAT. 17TH MARCH, 2018 REFLECT HIS PRINCIPLES PSALMS 119:5 "Oh that my actions would consistently reflect your principles" Wonderful day to you beloved, may the Lord reveal His counsel to you this weekend. One major mark of a true disciple is a genuine followership nature. Such a disciple follows until he/she becomes like his/her master. It is a process before the disciple eventually becomes like Him, but a true striking characteristic is that he/she is a consistent follower of his/her master in all manners, patterns and things. No wonder the disciples were first called Christians in Antioch because the nature of Christ Jesus was seen in them (even though Jesus was not physically present with them again) Acts 11:26. Little wonder, the Psalmist also prayed the sincere prayer that all his actions should reflect God's principles consistently. Apostle Paul also prayed that he wanted to become like Him in all things.(Phil. 3:10). Beloved, this is a true Christianity- a relationship between you and your Maker that makes you eventually becomes like your heavenly Father-God. This is why Christianity differs from a mere religion. Are you really becoming like your Father-God? Friend, let the Holy Spirit help you, tutor you and ensure that you follow all His biddings so as to become like Him. Enjoy your day!!!
