THE LORD YOUR GOD

DAILY GRACE MON. 7TH MAY, 2018. THE LORD YOUR GOD ISAIAH 48:17 "Thus says the LORD, your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel: "I am the LORD your God, Who teaches you to profit, Who leads you by the way you should go." There are three classifications of relationship with the God of all grace; 1.) The Lord your God: This is the phase of relating with God as the Lord, the God of your Pastor, mentor or man of God. Relating with God in this pattern, there will be no personal knowledge of whom He is in your life. 2.) The Lord our God: This is a collective phase that belong to all and sundry. No personal and intimate knowledge of God, safe for what everyone knows God to be. 3.)The Lord my God: This is what God expects of His children, He wants us to grow in this phase of relationship towards knowing Him intimately and personally. It is at this phase that we can individually become whom God wants us to be in life and destiny. However, many believers still relate with God as "the Lord thy God" and "the Lord our God" as there's nothing tangible that can emanate from such level of relationships. Friend, know the Lord yourself and by yourself, intimately, be conscious of the God you serve. It is by this that He can reveal Himself to you as your redeemer, who teaches you by the particular way that you should go. May the Lord help you greatly. Enjoy your day!!!
