DAILY GRACE SUN.13TH MAY, 2018 THE HAPPY MAN JOB 5:17 "Behold, happy is the man whom God corrects; therefore do not despise the chastening of the Almighty." Truly, it's a glorious, joyous and happy thing to have the Sovereign Lord be one's tutor and also discipline us. This is why people who are disciplined by God of all grace should be glad, joyous and happy because a Father only disciplines a true son whom He loves for his benefits. The following are reasons a child of God should be glad when God disciplines him; 1.) He will bind up your wound and also put bandages. 2.) Even when He strikes you, His hands will also heal you. 3.) He will rescue you over and over again so much that evil will not befall you. 4.) He will save from all deadly attacks, even in times of famine. 5.) He will deliver you from the power of the sword, even in times of war. 6.) You will be safe from slander and you won't have fear of anything but God of all grace. 7.) You will laugh at destruction and famine when they come. 8.) Wild animals of any kind will not terrify you because the Lion of the tribe of Judah is your cover. 9.) The works of your hands will be at peace with you. You won't bring forth for trouble. 10.) Your home will be kept safe and nothing shall be missing! 11.) You will see your children children and you will live in good old age. No untimely death will ever be your portion as you embraced divine discipline, and you will be happy for the rest of your life.
