TOPIC: THINGS THAT DEFILE 2
TEXT: MARK 7 :15

Welcome to a new month beloved, this month, the God of all grace shall reveal His glory all round your life and grant you parallel breakthroughs in the name of Jesus.
Whatever has been a source of concern and depression for you before now shall be turned to your testimonies in Jesus' name.
  "There is nothing that enters a man from outside which can defile him; but the things which come out of him, those are the things that defile a man."

As we established previously that being defiled means being defiled spiritually because of sins that come from the heart.
The heart of a man is the totality of his intellect, emotion,
desire, and volition.
Let us continue from where we paused.
5. The evil eye- The envious eye and the covetous eye, grudging others the good we give them, or do for them (Prov. 23:6) or grieving at the good they do or enjoy.
6. Pride- Exalting ourselves in our own conceit above others and looking down with scorn and contempt upon others.
7. Foolishness- Imprudence, inconsideration, especially of vainglorious boasting  (2 Cor. 11:1, 19) and it also involves lack of moral integrity, intellectual understanding and spiritual discernment.
8. False witness-bearing: Bearing witness to unconfirmed report because of selfish profit.  
9. Blasphemy against the Holy Ghost: This is the only sin without forgiveness.

Friend, when all these comes from within a man, they defile him  and they render a man unfit for communion with God They also bring stains upon the conscience and if not mortified and rooted out, will shut men out of the eternity. Our care must therefore be to wash our heart from any form of defilements with the word of grace that will
form a new and transformed heart that is fashioned after the image of Christ Jesus.
