TOPIC: DAYS IN PROSPERITY
TEXT: JOB 36: 11
Top of the day to you, Mercy shall flow into your life and you will not fall into economic affliction in Jesus name.
"If they obey and serve Him,
They shall spend their days in prosperity,
And their years in pleasures".
Previously, we have shared on the fact that if you are willing and obedient, you shall eat the good of the land.
Now, let's consider this, If they obey and serve Him, it simply means if you comply with His leading, design and serve His purpose in these dispensations, especially during this global recession.
From the text, when the affliction is removed, they continue in the same good mind and perform the vows they made then.
If they live in obedience to God’s word, commands, particularly those which relate to His service and worship, and in all instances make conscience of their duty to Him, then they shall spend their days in prosperity again and their years in true pleasures.
Diligent compliance is the only sure way to prosperity and pleasure without measure, this is a certain truth, and yet few will believe it.
If you faithfully obey and serve the God of all grace, you will not only eat the good of the land, you will have the promise of the outward prosperity, the promise of the life that dwell in the realm of abundance, and the comforts of it, as far as is for God’s glory and your good.
You will also have the possession of inward pleasures, the comfort of communion with God of all grace and a good conscience,with great peace.
You will rejoice in the Lord always and in hope of eternal life as long as you decide to live by faith in Him and with better pleasures you will spend your days and years in prosperity.
Endeavour to obey and serve Him willingly and your life will be better for it.
