TOPIC: CALL UPON HIM
TEXT: ISA. 55:7

Welcome to a fresh day. This week the Lord will add fresh goodness and cause you to be highly favoured all round in the name of Jesus Christ.    

   "Seek the LORD while He may be found, call upon Him while He is near".

Decision to seek the Lord while He may be found is the best. Seek Him whom you have left by revolting from your allegiance to Him and whom you have lost by provoking Him to withdraw His favour from you.
 Call upon Him now while He is near and within the reach of your call.

Seek the Lord. Anyone that seek Him genuinely will surely find Him and obtain unusual favour. To seek Him and enquire of Him as your Oracle. Ask the law and direction from His mouth. You can seek Him by making enquiry from Him like saying;
What will You have me to do Lord? Seek for Him as your portion and happiness; seek to be reconciled to Him and acquainted with Him, and to be happy in His favour.
Incase you have lost Him without knowing just like His parents did without knowing; be desperate and solicitous to find Him. Take the appointed moment of finding Him, making use of His nature as your way, His Spirit as your guide, and the word as your rule.

Then, finally call upon Him. Pray to Him, to be reconciled and being reconciled, pray to Him for every thing  you have need of.
Call upon Him while He may be graciously found-while He is near. This is implied that now God of all grace is near and will be found if you truly pray unto Him, so that it shall not be in vain to seek Him and to call upon him.
Now His patience is waiting on you, His word is calling to you today, and His Spirit is inviting and striving with you.
For now is the accepted time seek and call upon Him beloved because there is a day coming when He will be afar off, and will not be found, when the day of His patience is over and His Spirit will strive no more. There may come such a time in this life, when the heart is incurably hardened. It is certain that at death and judgment, the door will be shut, (Luke 16:26; 13:25, 26).
 Mercy is now offered but then judgment without mercy will take place. Decide now to seek and call upon Him now not later. God bless you abundantly.
