TOPIC: MINISTRY OF RECONCILIATION
TEXT: 2 COR. 5:18
This week the Lord will do you good and launch you into your next level of grace for divine lifting and double honour.
Your life shall not be limited by the powers of the enemy in Jesus' name.
"Now all things are of God, who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ, and has given us the ministry of reconciliation."
The God of all grace has reconciled us to Himself through His Son. The Son did a perfect work of reconciliation to God (our Source, Creator and Father).
We are of Him (God), hence we are given the ministry of reconciliation. Reconciliation is an act of settling dispute that exists between two parties. Reconciling the whole human race to Himself through the precious blood of Jesus Christ-His only begotten Son (Matt. 5:24).
Indeed, the ministry of reconciliation is this, that God was in Jesus Christ doing a major work (reconciling the world to Himself).
He did this by not imputing our trespasses to us, and has committed to us the word of reconciliation.
This word of reconciliation is the word of God (Jesus) (John 1:1). He stood as a reconciler, closing the bridge that existed between us and God. Breaking down the wall of partition.
Reconciliation is also a divine exchange that makes us become co-heir with Jesus.
As Christians, you must walk in the spirit and conduct yourself according to the dictates of the Holy Spirit daily. This is to help you in your journey of becoming more like Jesus. Thanks to Jesus Christ for reconciling us to Our Father for us to partake of all heavenly, spiritual and physical blessings. Enjoy your day!
