THE SPIRIT OF WISDOM

DAILY GRACE TUES. 23RD JAN, 2018 THE SPIRIT OF WISDOM ISAIAH 11:2 "The Spirit of the Lord will rest on Him—The Spirit of wisdom ........." The Spirit of wisdom comes from the Holy Spirit. Christ Jesus is the wisdom of God of all grace (1 Cor.1:30). This is a special wisdom which is also known as principal tool to handle the affairs of life, to be wise as serpent and harmless as dove. It is wisdom for special task beyond human calculation or comprehension. No wonder Apostle Paul prayed that this Spirit of wisdom should rest on the Ephesian Church because of its great importance and power (Eph. 1:17). This wisdom is not that of the world or of cuny craftiness of men but such that is divine. The presence of God is the depot of this wisdom and this wisdom can only be received from above through; a.) Constant, quality and consistent fellowship with the God of all grace i.e cultivate God's presence via your personal word study, worship, prayer and right living. b.) Fellowship with others who have walked and still walking with the God of all grace and in wisdom. May the Holy Spirit endow you with this great Spirit of His in Jesus' name. Enjoy your day!!!
