PURPOSED IN HEART

DAILY GRACE MON.15TH JAN, 2018 PURPOSED IN HEART DANIEL 1: 8 "But Daniel purposed in his heart that he would not defile himself with the portion of the king's meat, nor with the wine which he drank: therefore he requested of the prince of the eunuchs that he might not defile himself." The place of moral determination in the service of the Lord is fast fading away. "Jacob vowed a vow," and it was the beginning of a very wonderful life with God indeed. Daniel "purposed in his heart," and God honored his determination. Paul "determined not to know any thing among the brethren, save Jesus Christ, and him crucified," These are only a few of the many men and women of grace who set a record of spiritual greatness out of a will power firmly set to do the will of God of all grace.This practical example must not be ignored. Friend, set your sails in the will of God of all grace, and purpose in your heart to align with His word, way and will for your life, and as you do this you will surely find yourself moving towards the right direction without confusion, no matter which way the wind blows.  Enjoy your day!!!
