TOPIC: BY A PROPHET
TEXT: HOSEA 12: 13. Welcome to a new month of April, this month shall be better for you than the last one, and all your impossibilities before now shall become possible in Jesus name.
Beloved, from the text above, God had rescued the Israelites from misery, had raised them to what they were, not only out of poverty, but out of slavery (bondage), and God did brought them out by a prophet not by a promoter. God spoke to them by the prophets. What the prophets received from the Lord they plainly and faithfully delivered to them. As by a prophet he delivered them, so by prophets he still continued to speak to them. Man, who is formed out of the earth, is fed out of the earth, so that nation that was formed by prophecy, by prophecy was fed and taught.
Firstly, God brought Israel out of Egypt by a prophet on purpose that they might serve Him, and by redeeming them out of bondage got a special title to them and to their service.
Secondly, God preserved them, as sheep are kept by the shepherd’s care. He preserved them from Pharaoh’s rage at the sea, even at the Red Sea, protected them from all the perils of the wilderness, and provided for them.
Thirdly, He did this by a prophet, Moses, who, though he is called king in Jeshurun (Deut. 33:5), yet did what he did for Israel as a prophet, by direction from God and by the power of His word.
The ensign of his authority was not a royal sceptre, but the rod of God; with that he summoned both Egypt’s plagues and Israel’s blessings. Moses, as a prophet, was a type of Christ (Acts 3:22), and it is by Christ Jesus as a prophet this day that we are brought out of the Egypt of sin, self and Satan by the power of His truth and word of His grace.
Friends, I urge you not to be ungrateful to God for bringing you out of darkness to light, obstacles to miracles and grass to grace by rejecting His word, and commandments to have no other gods before Him. Also in despising and persecuting His servant, whom you should love and value as a child of God. He who receives a prophet in the name of a prophet shall receive a prophet’s reward (Matt.10:41).

TOPIC: UPHOLD MY STEPS
TEXT: PSALM 17: 5
Welcome to a new day, today by His grace your footsteps shall not slip into sorrow in the name of Jesus Christ.
Beloved, what notable petition to observe and apply daily from the Psalmist. His petition is that he might experience the good work of God in him, as an evidence of and qualification for the good will of God of all grace towards him, this is grace and peace from God the Father.
He prayed for the work of God’s grace in him, “Hold up my going in thy paths. Lord, I have by your grace kept myself from the paths of the destroyer (Abaddon), and by the same grace let me be kept in your paths, let me not only be restrained from doing that which is evil, but quickened to abound always in that which is good.
Let my goings be held in thy paths, that I may not turn back from them nor turn aside out of them. Let them be held up in your paths, that I may not stumble and fall into paths of sin, that I may not trifle and neglect my duty. Lord, as you have kept me hitherto, so keep me still.
Friends, note that those who are going in God’s paths through grace, have need to pray, and do pray, that their goings may be held up in those paths, for we stand no longer than he is pleased to hold us, we go no further than He is pleased to lead us, bear us up, and carry us. David had been kept in the way of his duty hitherto, and yet he does not think that this would be his security for the future, and therefore he prays, “Lord, still hold me up.”
Those that would proceed and persevere in the way and will of God must, by faith and prayer, fetch in daily fresh supplies of grace and strength from Him. David was sensible that his way was slippery, that he himself was weak, and not so well fixed and furnished as he should be. That there were those who watched for his halting and would improve the least slip against him, and therefore he prayed that prayer, and I hope you will also pray now and make this your prayer daily.
Personal Confession: Father, uphold me that my foot slips not, that I may never say nor do anything that looks either dishonest or distrustful of you, your providence and promise for me in Jesus name.

TEXT: MARK 16: 15
God of all grace shall give His angels charge over you to keep you today and beyond.
Beloved, the above text indicate the commission which Christ Jesus gave us to set up His kingdom among men by the preaching of His gospel of grace, the glad tidings of reconciliation to God through a Mediator. For there is one God and one Mediator between God and men, the Man Christ Jesus.
To whom are we to preach the gospel unto? We are to preach the gospel to every creature and by now our commission is enlarged, and we are authorized to go into all the world, into all parts of the world, the habitable world, and to preach the gospel of Christ to every creature, to the Gentiles as well as to the Jews, to every human creature that is capable of receiving it.
What should be the content of our preaching? We are sent by Christ to inform them concerning Christ through our conduct and character, also the history of Christ's life, death, and resurrection; instruct them in the meaning and intention of these, and of the advantages which the children of men have, or may have, hereby and invite them, without exception, to come and share in them. This is total gospel .
We must send others to those places where we could not go ourselves, and in short, make it our business to send those glad tidings up and down the world with all possible fidelity and care, and with all our resources not as an amusement or entertainment, but as a solemn message from God of all grace to men, and an appointed means of making men ready for eternity. Have you made this to be business of your life?
Tell as many as you can in your street, offices, and bid them to tell others, it is a message of universal concern, and therefore ought to have a universal welcome, because it gives a universal peace.

TEXT: JOHN 19: 30
Top of the day to you. This day shall be a profitable day for you and all that has limited you before today shall loose their hold upon you in Jesus name.
Let’s continue from where we paused yesterday and you will be amazed at what the great discovery of what Christ Jesus had finished on your behalf.
(6.) It is finished, that is, His sufferings and your sufferings were now finished, both those of his soul and those of His body. The storm is over, the worst is past, all His pains and agonies are at an end, and He is just going to paradise, entering upon the joy set before Him. Let all that suffer for Christ, and with Christ, comfort themselves with this, that yet a little while and they also shall say it is finished.
(7.) It is finished, that is, His life in the flesh was now finished, He was just ready to breathe His last, and now He is no more in this world (John 17:11). This is like that of blessed Paul (2 Tim. 4:7), I have finished my course, my race is run, my glass is out, mene, mene—numbered and finished. This is what we must all come to shortly.
(8.) It is finished, that is, the work of man’s redemption and salvation is now completed, at least the hardest part of the undertaking is over, a full satisfaction is made to the justice of God, a fatal blow given to the power of Satan, a fountain of grace opened that shall ever flow ceaselessly, and a foundation of peace and happiness laid that shall never fail. Christ had now gone through with His work, and finished it (John 17:4). As for God, His work is perfect, he that has begun a good work will perform it.
(9.) The curses placed upon your life were now declared finished. Be it physical, spiritual, emotional, financial, and generational curses has been broken.
Dearly beloved, it is finished and absolutely done by the Lord Jesus Christ. The victory won by Him on the cross at Calvary is yours forever as long as you live by faith in Him.
Personal Confession: Father, because it is finished, I command every physical, spiritual, emotional, financial, and generational curses upon my life to break now in Jesus name.

IT IS FINISHED 1

TOPIC: IT IS FINISHED 1
TEXT: JOHN 19: 30
Welcome to a new week. No power of darkness and death will be able to hinder and tie you down from making notable progress this new week in Jesus name.
Literally translated, the word "tetelestai" in Greek means, “It is finished.” The word occurs in John 19:28 and 19:30 and these are the only two places in the New Testament where it occurs. In 19:28 it is translated, “After this, when Jesus knew that all things were now completed, in order that the scripture might be fulfilled, he said, ‘I thirst.’” Two verses later, he uttered the word himself: “Then when he received the sour wine Jesus said, ‘It is finished,’ and he bowed His head and gave up His spirit.”
It is a comprehensive word, and a comfortable one indeed because it brings an end to the struggles of every human race. Let’s examine the implications of the word ‘It Is Finished!’
(1.) Jesus said it is finished to imply that the malice and enmity of His persecutors had now done their worst “This is the last; I am now going out of their reach, where the wicked cease from troubling.”
(2.) It is finished, that is, the counsel and commandment of his Father concerning his sufferings were now fulfilled. You will recall that it was a determinate counsel, and every iota and tittle of it to come to pass (Acts 2:23). He had said, when he entered upon his sufferings, Father, thy will be done; and now he said with pleasure, It is done. (John 4:34)
(3.) It is finished, that is, all the types and prophecies of the Old Testament, which pointed at the sufferings of the Messiah, were accomplished and answered, such as, his being sold for thirty pieces of silver, his hands and feet being pierced, his garments divided, etc.
(4.) It is finished, that is, the ceremonial law-keeping is abolished, and a permanent end is put to the obligation of it and all the shadows are done away. Just now the veil is rent, the wall of partition is taken down. ( Eph. 2:14, 15).
(5.) It is finished, that is, sin and self is finished, and an end made of transgression by the bringing in of an everlasting righteousness (Dan. 9:24). The Lamb of God was sacrificed to take away the sins of the whole world, and it is done (Heb. 9:26).

HE IS RISEN
DAILY GRACE

TOPIC: HE IS RISEN
TEXT: Matt. 28:4-9
Halleluyah! He is risen, He is alive forevermore. Jesus won the victory over death and help. He led captivity captive and gave gifts to men. He Is the reason for our existence and eternal hope (Col. 1:27). If the devil knew that Christ's death on the cross would bring eternal victory to Christ and buy man back to God, He would not have crucified him (1 Cor. 2:8). Alas! He has made that grave mistake already and he will live to regret it eternally.
"And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death" (Rev. 12:11).
Christ Jesus is risen, He is no longer among the dead. He ever lives, sits at the right hand of the Father (God), making intercession for us (Rom. 8:34, Heb. 7:25). From verse 5-8 of our text today, "the angel answered and said unto the women, Fear not ye: for I know that ye seek Jesus, which was crucified. He is not here: for he is risen, as he said. Come, see the place where the Lord lay. And go quickly, and tell his disciples that he is risen from the dead; and, behold, he goeth before you.... . Wao! What a Great evidence that Christ lives, He was seen first by those women and He later appeared to His disciples.
In fact, the Angel that appeared to those women, admonished them to go out quickly to tell the disciples that Jesus is risen, while that was happening, Jesus Himself appeared to His disciples and spoke with them (vs. 9). Beloved, you are also enlisted by God to go all out, witnessing to people around you that Christ is alive for evermore and this is our hope. He is the reason for this season. By Him all things were created and nothing exists were not created by Him (Col. 1:16). Apostle Paul said, "If in this life only we have hope in Christ, we are of all men most miserable(pitiable)" (1 Cor. 15:19). We can boldly say we have hope in Him seeing that He lives forevermore. Remember that He lives, even till now and forevermore just because He rose from the dead. It is my sincere prayer that every good thing that is dead in your life receives the life of Christ Jesus now in Jesus name.
You are blessed beyond measure. Happy Easter to you!

DIVINE EXCHANGE
DAILY GRACE
SAT. 26TH MARCH, 2016
TOPIC: DIVINE EXCHANGE
TEXT: Luke 23:15-25
Today by His grace, we will look at the above text for our edification. I believe God with you that the impact of His death and resurrection of Christ Jesus, on the cross will not be missing upon your life in Jesus name.
Quickly, let me open your eyes to the the mystery of this divine exchange that took place years ago on your behalf. It happened so that we Can be justified and totally free from the dominion of sins (Rom. 6:14, Rom. 8:1).
Christ Jesus stepped into our place and took our blame. We were to be beaten, put to shame, molested, condemned, judged, afflicted, chastised and crucifiéd but Christ Jesus stepped into our place to bear all the shame, agony, condemnation and death on the cross. The Bible says that Barabbas was a criminal (as many of us are today). A man who for certain sedition (discontention against constituted authority and especially the government) and murder was put into prison (Luke 23:19). In order words, this man was a full time rebellion and the Bible says that rebellion is like a sin of Witchcraft (2 Sam. 15:23). So, if you call this man a witch/ wizard you are not mistaken. But, the good news is that Jesus stepped into his case, to serve all the punishment due him (Barabbas).
Friends, it will baffle you to know that we are like the the Barabbas described in today's text. A lot of us have been condemned and doomed to die because we were conceived in sin while in our mother's womb and in sin we were given birth to (Rom. 6:23; 3:23).
The good news to you is that no matter how a hardened criminal or a sinner you are. No matter the sentence of death that the enemy (devil) might have placed on you, you are free today. This is because, Christ Jesus has come once and for all to be condemned, die and also resurrected for your saké so that you be made free and free to commune with God your Creator (2 Cor. 5:17, Rom. 8:1, Heb. 4:16, Luke 23:15). Also, in Isaiah 53:8 -10 "He was taken from prison and from judgment: and who shall declare his generation? for he was cut off out of the land of the living: for the transgression of my people was he stricken. And he made his grave with the wicked, and with the rich in his death; because he had done no violence, neither was any deceit in his mouth. Yet it pleased the LORD to bruise him; he hath put him to grief: when thou shalt make his soul an offering for sin, he shall see his seed, he shall prolong his days, and the pleasure of the LORD shall prosper in his hand".
Beloved, it is quite clear that Jesus had no sins but He bore the sin of the Whole world to Himself and faces the judgment that a sinner would face, just for you and l . It pleased God to make Him bear all our sins so as to buy the whole world back to Himself through the blood of His Son, Jesus Christ.
It Is left for you to surrender your life to Jesus, the One who paid the debt of your sins; so that you can be justified by your faith and have peace with God. It is well with you.

TOPIC: DIVINE EXCHANGE
TEXT: Luke 23:15-25
Today by His grace, we will look at the above text for our edification. I believe God with you that the impact of His death and resurrection of Christ Jesus, on the cross will not be missing upon your life in Jesus name.
Quickly, let me open your eyes to the the mystery of this divine exchange that took place years ago on your behalf. It happened so that we Can be justified and totally free from the dominion of sins (Rom. 6:14, Rom. 8:1).
Christ Jesus stepped into our place and took our blame. We were to be beaten, put to shame, molested, condemned, judged, afflicted, chastised and crucifiéd but Christ Jesus stepped into our place to bear all the shame, agony, condemnation and death on the cross. The Bible says that Barabbas was a criminal (as many of us are today). A man who for certain sedition (discontention against constituted authority and especially the government) and murder was put into prison (Luke 23:19). In order words, this man was a full time rebellion and the Bible says that rebellion is like a sin of Witchcraft (2 Sam. 15:23). So, if you call this man a witch/ wizard you are not mistaken. But, the good news is that Jesus stepped into his case, to serve all the punishment due him (Barabbas).
Friends, it will baffle you to know that we are like the the Barabbas described in today's text. A lot of us have been condemned and doomed to die because we were conceived in sin while in our mother's womb and in sin we were given birth to (Rom. 6:23; 3:23).
The good news to you is that no matter how a hardened criminal or a sinner you are. No matter the sentence of death that the enemy (devil) might have placed on you, you are free today. Then believe that you are united unto the God of heaven. Since to the Man Christ Jesus you are brother, and hold close fellowship, you are linked thereby with God the Eternal, and "the Ancient of days" is your Father and your friend.
Did you ever consider the depth of love in the heart of Father, when He equipped His Son for the great enterprise of mercy on the cross? If not, let this be your day's meditation.
The Father sent Him! Think how Jesus works what the Father wills. In the wounds of the dying Saviour for you, see the love of the great I AM. Let every thought of Jesus be connected with the Eternal, ever-blessed God, for "It pleased God to bruise Him for your sake, He hath put Him to grief."
The Father sent Him not to condemn you but to die for you, so you can escape eternal death.(John 3:17).

TOPIC: COSTLY OIL
TEXT: JOHN 12: 3
There shall be no stagnation for you, I decree that every rough ways before you today shall be made smooth in the name of Jesus Christ.
Then took Mary a pound of ointment of spikenard, very costly, and anointed the feet of Jesus, and ........
It is the deepest point of expression of the innate emotions, act of great sacrifice, loving devotion and thoughts that words can not express.
Mary in the above text, epitomizes one who has been captured and captivated by the Love of the beloved Master - the perfect love that casts out fear (IJohn 4:18).
She could find nothing else to express her depth of love than with her very costly oil - bought with a fortune and very expensive, her all with nothing more left. Wiped the Master's feet with her hair - the glory of a woman. All for the Master!
After encountering Jesus- the man of calvary, in the raising back to life of her brother Lazarus, to the glory of the Lord, she became captivated and she could find no other way to express her profound love to the Master than to submit all that makes her who she is to the Lord. No more shame. No more pain. No more pride. All left at the feet of the Master but love remaining.
Friends, the Lord delights in you being captured and captivated by His perfect love. Heaven will be full only of lovely people. Those who have accepted the love of the Master and have surrendered their lives to the Lord. Many times the Lord has come knocking the door of your heart, arranging encounters with you, but you kept postponing, thinking there will be another chance. Please grab the opportunity today before it's too late. The marriage of the lamb is fast approaching. Don't be like the foolish virgins who were postponing the time for responding to crucial matter of getting set for the arrival of the groom. Today is the day of salvation!
I perceive Mary knew that her opportunity to express loving and deep devotion to Jesus Christ would soon be over, so she took the opportunity she had.
Take Opportunity Now!
Even her faith in Christ and deep devotion to the Lord is the highest model of what God desires from every believers, and Jesus reiterated that her act of love will be mentioned wherever the gospel is preached (Mat.26: 13).

Wonderful day to you. I see a powerful recommendation coming your way today via the power of His commendation in Jesus Christ name.
Failure to be strong in faith makes you to be weak in faith. it takes becoming strong in faith to be stable with God. Friends, take good care of your faith, for strong faith is the only way whereby you can obtain blessings, promises of God. If we want blessings from God, nothing can fetch them down except faith. Often time l perceive that prayer cannot draw down answers from the throne of grace except it be the earnest prayer of the man who believes.
Faith is the angelic messenger between your soul and the Lord Jesus in glory. If that angel is withdrawn, you can neither send up prayer, nor receive the answers. Faith is the telegraphic wire which links earth and heaven, but if that telegraphic wire of faith be snapped, how can we receive the promise?
We can only obtain help for trouble by faith. If you permit Satan to take faith away from you, in vain you call to God.
Faith is only key that links you with divinity. It clothes you with the power of God.
Faith ensures every attribute of God in your defence before your enemies. It helps you to defy the hosts of hell. It makes you march triumphantly over the necks of your enemies.
But without strong faith how can you receive anything of the Lord? Let not him that wavereth--who is like a wave of the Sea--expect that he will receive anything of God!
Beloved, watch your faith well, for with it you can win all the battles of life, but without it you can obtain nothing.
Abraham was strong in faith to be fully persuaded that what God of all grace has promised, He was able to perform.
Don't let weak faith make you stagger at His promise for your life, endeavor to be strong in faith.

Beloved, the text above gave a better description of Jesus Christ unto those who believed in His life, death and resurrection.
The glances of His eyes outshine the sun, the beauties of His face are fairer than the choicest flowers, no fragrance is like the breath of His mouth.
You will agree with me that the pearls from the sea, are worthless things when measured by his preciousness.
Jesus is precious unto us that believed as enshrined in the scripture above,though none of us could compute the value of God's unspeakable gift to the universe. Words cannot set forth the preciousness of the Lord Jesus Christ to His people, nor fully tell how essential He is to their satisfaction and happiness.
Friends, what a howling wilderness is this world without our precious Lord Jesus Christ! If once He hid Himself from us, withered are the flowers of our garden, our pleasant fruits decay, the birds suspend their songs, and a tempest overturns our hopes. All earth's candles cannot make daylight if the Sun of Righteousness be eclipsed. He is the soul of our soul, the light of our light, the life of our life. Blessed be His name. He will not suffer us to try our lot without Him, for Jesus never forsakes His own. Yet, let the thought of what life would be without him enhance your decision to appreciate His preciousness.
You can appreciate His preciousness by telling both the old and young of the work of grace perfected on the cross at Calvary.

The preparation for the final triumphal entry into the Jerusalem was notable act of our Lord Jesus from the beginning of the text for our consideration today.
The disciples did as Jesus commanded them, they went to fetch the ass and the colt, not doubting but to find them, and to find the owner willing to lend them.
Note beloved, that Christ’s commands must not be treated with doubt, disobedience, and dispute, but willingly obeyed and those that sincerely obey them, shall not be balked or baffled in it. They brought the ass and the colt.
Disciples went and did as commanded by Christ Jesus without doubting the word of grace. Obedience is a key principle to follow the Lord fully and daily, because without the practice of obedient faith you can't please the Lord.

Happy glorious sunday to you. You will not miss your grace for divine leading this year in Jesus name.
God is interested in your affairs this week and beyond. Hence, He says to you that your eyes will hear a Word behind you, saying, "This is the way, walk in it," Whenever you turn to the right hand or whenever you turn to the left. This is God's Great promise of divine guidance to you. This is to Say That He Will not leave you clueless but grant you grace to discern appropriately. You won't be like a flock without a Shepherd, rather He will keep your soul. He Will also be your life instructor and teacher. He will also guide you with his eyes of righteousness (Ps. 32:8). TOPIC: YOU SHALL WEEP NO MORE
TEXT: Isaiah 30:19
Happy fulfilling weekend to you. Today, by His grace, God has a specific word for us and it is quite specific to each of us.
The Lord is saying to us that we shall weep no longer. What a wonderful promise to us as God's children. God says we shall weep no more. Beloved, are there issues of life causing you pain, sorrow, difficulty and concern.
In fact, its even causing you sleepless night. This is the word of the Lord to you, "you shall weep no more".
God says, "For the people shall dwell in Zion at Jerusalem: thou shall weep no more: he will be very gracious unto thee at the voice of thy cry; when he shall hear it, he will answer thee". God said we shall live in Zion at Jerusalem. The Hebrew word for Zion is "tsīyōn". Zion is a hill in Jerusalem, which, after the capture of that city by the Israelites, became the royal residence of David and his successors. You don't need to know how God will do it, you need only to lean on God's promise for you. For He said again to you that you shall weep no more. God said He will be gracious to you when you cry unto Him. You need not to also know how He will grant you His mercy for He said for I will show mercy into whom l will show mercy and compassion on whom He will (Rom. 9:15). For He also said, He will answer you. God will not leave you comfortless.
He will answer you when you call upon Him.(Rom.10:11)

Welcome to a new weekend. I see you recovering lost opportunities. It shall be an amazing and awesome weekend for you in Jesus name.
Christ is honoured by the multitude, more than by the magnificence, of his followers, for He values men by their souls, not by their preference, position, names, or titles of honour.
Now, concerning this great multitude, we can see in the above verse what they did according to the best of their capacity, they decided to do honour to Christ by spreading their garment while given Him a royal welcome.
They spread their garments in the way that He might ride upon them.
When Jehu was proclaimed king, the captains put their garments under him, in token of their subjection to him (2Kgs.9:13).
Note, dearly beloved, those that take Christ for their King must lay their all under His feet, the clothes, in token of the heart for when Christ comes, though not when any one else comes, it must be said to the soul. Bow down, that He may go over. these garments were spread to adorn the roads as, to beautify a cavalcade, the balconies are hung with tapestry. This was but a poor piece of state, yet Christ accepted their good-will and we are hereby taught to contrive how to make Christ welcome in our hearts, Christ and His grace, Christ and His gospel, into our hearts and houses.
Friends,how will you express your respect to Christ?
What honour and what dignity shall be done to Him by your conduct and character? Will you spread your heart today for Him alone to ride on it?
Others cut down branches from the trees, and strewed them in the way, as they used to do at the feast of tabernacles, in token of liberty, victory, and joy, for the mystery of that feast is particularly spoken of as belonging to gospel times (Zech.14:16).

TOPIC: MINISTERED TO HIM

Today, your destiny will encounter breakthrough with unusual lifting in Jesus name.
In the above text, Joanna was the wife of a major political figure, Chuza, who served as Herod's steward. Thus, Luke shows that Jesus' message had reached the highest social stratum, the palace. We are not told anything about Susanna.
We have reason to think that her husband (Chuza), though preferred in Herod’s court, had received the gospel, and was very willing that his wife should be both a hearer of Christ and a contributor to him.
There were many of them that ministered to Christ of their substance. It was an instance of the meanness of that condition to which our Saviour humbled himself that he needed it, and of His great humility and condescension that he accepted it. Though, He was rich, yet for our sakes He became poor, and lived upon alms.
Christ would rather be beholden to his known friends for a maintenance for Himself and His disciples than be burdensome to strangers in the cities and villages whither he came to preach.
It is the duty of those who are taught in the word to communicate to them who teach them in all good things, and those who are herein liberal and cheerful honour the Lord with their substance, and bring a blessing upon it.
All these women contributed their resources to Jesus' ministry. Their hearts were sensitive to God's work, and they expressed this sensitivity through their generosity.
Friends, how sensitive are you to the heartbeat of Jesus, and your passion to honor Him by faithfully contributing to His work?
Decide to minister to Him now with your substance.

GENEROUS SOUL

Top of the day to you. Today is your day of unhindered and accelerated progress in Jesus name.
As we shared yesterday that the blessedness of a man with generous eye is not infinitesimal, that the loins of the poor will bless him, all about him will speak well of him, and God himself will bless him, in answer to many good prayer points put up for him, and he shall be blessed.
Do not think that giving undo us, that we need to have it very much pressed upon us how much it is for our own advantage to do good to others as before.
Let's consider the following about having a generous soul;
1. We shall have the comfort of it in our own bosoms, the liberal soul, the soul of blessing that prays for the afflicted and provides for them, that scatters blessings with gracious lips and generous hands, that soul shall be made fat with true pleasure and enriched with more grace.
2. We shall have the recompense of it both from God and man, he that waters others with the streams of his bounty shall also be watered himself. God will certainly return it in the dews, in the plentiful showers, of his blessing, which he will pour out, till there be not room enough to receive it (Mal. 3:10). Men that have any sense of gratitude will return it if there be occasion, the merciful shall find mercy and the kind be kindly dealt with.
3. We shall be enabled still to do yet more good, he that waters, even he shall be as rain, he shall be recruited as the clouds are which return after the rain, and shall be further useful and acceptable, as the rain to the new-mown grass.
He that teaches shall learn, he that uses his knowledge in teaching others shall himself be taught of God, to him that has and uses what he has more shall be given.
Friends, there is nothing you have today that you haven't receive from God, who has liberally and generously granted you all that you have. Ask God to grant you grace in your heart in order to have a generous soul.

GENEROUS EYE

You are going to experience an unusual favor from the bountiful eye of the Almighty God that will lift you up to new heights and levels today in Jesus Christ name.
Let's examine the description of a charitable man;
Firstly, one of the glaring quality you will notice is that, he has a bountiful eye, as opposed to the evil eye (Prov. 23:6) and the same with the single eye (Matt. 6:22),—an eye that seeks out objects of charity. Besides those that offer themselves,—an eye that, upon the sight of one in need, want and misery, affects the heart with compassion,—an eye that with the alms gives a pleasant look, which makes the alms doubly acceptable. This man possesses a generous eye.
Secondly, he also has a liberal hand, he gives of his bread to those that need—his bread, the bread appointed for his own eating. He will rather abridge himself than to see the poor perish for want. Yet he does not give all his bread, but of his bread, the poor shall have their share with his own family.
Thirdly, the blessedness of such a man is infinitesimal. The loins of the poor will bless them, all about him will speak well of him, and God himself will bless him, in answer to many good prayer points put up for him, and he shall be blessed.
Even God promised that those who give generously will receive back more than they give.
Dearly beloved,you can not give generously without having a generous eye and until you realize that you're a steward of God's gifts and resources, you must use them for His cause on earth and for the benefits of the less privileged. Be a generous giver with a generous eye!

Welcome to a new week. I see you taking giant strides this week and walking in the power of possibility. Whatever has become impossible for you before now will become possible for you in Jesus name.
But Jesus looked at them and said, “With men it is impossible, but not with God; for with God all things are possible.”
Beloved, looking at the scripture verse above, you will discover some mystery about power of possibility. Lets briefly have some insightful look into the verse.
He looked upon them, to engage their attention, and said, “With men it is impossible, rich people cannot by their own skill or resolution get over these difficulties, but the grace of God can do it, for with Him all things are possible.”
Certain things are impossible for a man in life to access due to fear of failure, lack of true faith and doubt. You must have a true faith that endure, believed, trusted, obey grow strong, and give glory to God before you can do the impossible.
The Impossible is possible when you:
1. Stop the doubt game
2. Depend upon His word
3. Have faith in God's ableness
4. Blot out unbelief
5. Accept the Word of God
6. Engage the Spirit not the flesh
7. Stop seeing the giants but start seeing God of all possibilities.
All impossible shall be possible for you this year in the name of Jesus.

TOPIC: THE LORD WILL DELIVER ME 2
TEXT: 1 Samuel 17:42-50
Today, by His grace, we will continue from where we stopped yesterday. Having believed strongly that the Lord our God is able to deliver us from the hands of the terrible enemies (Philistine) of our souls. It is highly important for us to take a look at some certain things.
In verse 42 of our text "And when the Philistine looked about, and saw David, he disdained him: for he was but a youth, and ruddy, and of a fair countenance".
The Philistine belittled the young man, David. He has forgotten That He that lives in David is greater than what he was seeing in the physical. In fact, our God specialises in using the foolish things of this world to confound the wise men (1 Cor. 1:27-28), he disdained David and thought that he could not fight him and prevail, seeing fully that he didnt come to confront him with lots of weapons or armoury (Eph. 6:10-18), he never knew that David came with his spiritual armour (which is more effective than the physical ones) so he couldn't see it with his physical eyes. David went to the Battle Field with with weapons of war (Eph.6).
I care less of the threat of the enemy to you, you need to rise up and fight him swiftly just like David did. David quickly told the Philistine how big his own God is and how He will wrought great deliverance for him. Briefly look at It, "David said to the Philistine, Thou comest to me with a sword, and with a spear, and with a shield: but I come to thee in the name of the LORD of hosts, the God of the armies of Israel, whom thou hast defied". David simply went to the battlefield with the name of the Lord alone and his faith in what his God Can do (Ps. 20:5,7).
For our victory is in the name of the Lord our God. You need to also say this to your enemies; "This day will the LORD deliver thee into mine hand; and I will smite thee, and take thine head from thee; and I will give the carcases of the host of the Philistines this day unto the fowls of the air, and to the wild beasts of the earth; that all the earth may know that there is a God in Israel". You see, God will do this just to honour His name in your life (Exo. 14:13-14). That the whole earth may know that our God is really Great and awesome (1 Sam 17:46-47).
Again, in verse 48 "And it came to pass, when the Philistine arose, and came and drew nigh to meet David, that David hasted, and ran toward the army to meet the Philistine. Also in verse 49, "And David put his hand in his bag, and took thence a stone, and slang it, and smote the Philistine in his forehead, that the stone sunk into his forehead; and he fell upon his face to the earth". Beloved, the enemy of your soul has gone too far in threatening you and then in launching attack against you. But, not to fear. Instead of running back in fear from the presence of your enemy; Rise up, face your enemy and launch your attack against him. David simply dipped his hands into his shepherd bag and brought out five smooth stones, not even sharp ones. But it was with this five stones He prevailed over the Philistine.
These five stones represent the name of JESUS which symbolises GRACE.
He didnt even use all the stones but one Just completed the task.
Vs. 50 says, "So David prevailed over the Philistine with a sling and with a stone, and smote the Philistine, and slew him; but there was no sword in the hand of David". Beloved, I need to remind you that you cannot overcome life's challenges or problems with your expertise, head knowledge or physical strength. Your victory is embedded in the unfailing name of the Lord Jesus Christ (Phil. 2:9-11).
I challenge you today to rise up against your problems with the Word of the Lord; entering into the battlefield in the name of the Lord. Then your victory is certain (Acts 2:21). Happy Sunday!

TOPIC: THE LORD WILL DELIVER ME 2
TEXT: 1 Samuel 17:42-50
Today, by His grace, we will continue from where we stopped yesterday. Having believed strongly that the Lord our God is able to deliver us from the hands of the terrible enemies (Philistine) of our souls. It is highly important for us to take a look at some certain things.
In verse 42 of our text "And when the Philistine looked about, and saw David, he disdained him: for he was but a youth, and ruddy, and of a fair countenance".
The Philistine belittled the young man, David. He has forgotten That He that lives in David is greater than what he was seeing in the physical. In fact, our God specialises in using the foolish things of this world to confound the wise men (1 Cor. 1:27-28), he disdained David and thought that he could not fight him and prevail, seeing fully that he didnt come to confront him with lots of weapons or armoury (Eph. 6:10-18), he never knew that David came with his spiritual armour (which is more effective than the physical ones) so he couldn't see it with his physical eyes. David went to the Battle Field with with weapons of war (Eph.6).
I care less of the threat of the enemy to you, you need to rise up and fight him swiftly just like David did. David quickly told the Philistine how big his own God is and how He will wrought great deliverance for him. Briefly look at It, "David said to the Philistine, Thou comest to me with a sword, and with a spear, and with a shield: but I come to thee in the name of the LORD of hosts, the God of the armies of Israel, whom thou hast defied". David simply went to the battlefield with the name of the Lord alone and his faith in what his God Can do (Ps. 20:5,7).
For our victory is in the name of the Lord our God. You need to also say this to your enemies; "This day will the LORD deliver thee into mine hand; and I will smite thee, and take thine head from thee; and I will give the carcases of the host of the Philistines this day unto the fowls of the air, and to the wild beasts of the earth; that all the earth may know that there is a God in Israel". You see, God will do this just to honour His name in your life (Exo. 14:13-14). That the whole earth may know that our God is really Great and awesome (1 Sam 17:46-47).

I see God coming out in a big way for you in this month.
You will have to change your way of thinking and life's perspectives. This is solely because God is set to do the unusual and silence all your enemies just with a small weapon that people despise. Look at the today text and see what David said of HIS God. "David said moreover, The LORD that delivered me out of the paw of the lion, and out of the paw of the bear, he will deliver me out of the hand of this Philistine. And Saul said unto David, Go, and the LORD be with thee".
Beloved, you might have a condition situation, an issue or predicament that looks like a Philistine in your life presently. It is possible that it looks giant in size, so very tall, conspiscous, life threatening and embarrassing to you. To the extend that it almost seem bigger than your God. To be really factual, it has made you to see your God has handicap, helpless and unable to fight your Battle for you. Believe God today, to rise up and tell your problem, situation and circumstances how big your God is. Otherwise, the devil will keep riding you. You must rise up like David did, when the hearts of both the high and lowly melted at the threat of their Philistine. This was a time that even the King of Israël, Saul did not know what to do. But, David (a teenager, handsome young boy (17years), innocent looking, naive, one without recognition of his name and clan in Israël, etc (1 Sam. 17:5) simply proclaimed God's past faithfulness to him for granting him victory over the lion and the bear (animals that attacks from front and behind). Just the same way, your problems are attacking you from all angles of life.
He simply reassured himself in the God that fought those earlier battles for him. This is what you also need to do but this action needs to be backed up with faith in your heart. Again, it was easy for David to do because He knew His God (Dan 11:32) For those That know their God shall indeed be strong and do greater exploit. You cant afford not to know your God, otherwise you will be exploited.
Dearly beloved, you need to reminiscence on all of God's past good deeds He has done for you and for people of old (in the bible) and even in our contemporary days and then relax in the help of God for you. Psalmist said, let the redeemed of the Lord say so, that am redeeemed! Ps. 107:2. Rise up and proclaim the deliverance and Victory of the Lord on that your situation or circumstance. You will be dazed at how God Will fight for You and you will hold your peace (Exo. 14:13-14). Shalom!!!

New Creature

Welcome to a great day.
It is the last working day of this week. How has been your week so far?
Regardless of how tough the economy is out there, it would be easy for you in Jesus' name.
Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new. God will make all things to become new in your life this weekend.
A thorough change of the heart. For if any man be in Christ, if any man or a woman be a Christian indeed, and will approve himself such, he/she is, or he/she must be, a new creature.
Let him be a new creature. This ought to be the care of all who have been truly born again and profess the Christian faith, that they be new creatures, not only that they have a new name, and wear a new livery. But that they have a new heart, a new mind of grace and new nature. And so great is the change the grace of God makes in the soul of those who willingly surrendered to Him.
And as it follows, old things are passed away—old thoughts, old principles, unforgiveness, and old practices of sin, old way of lifestyle, old pattern of communication, old carnal exaltation are passed away; and all these things must become new.
Regenerating grace creates a new world in the soul of a new man in Christ. All things are new. The renewed man acts from new principles, by new rules, with new ends, and in new company.
Note; the word Kainos (new) denotes what is fresh or newly made and a new creature is freshly made, not panel beating creature or refurbished creature. What kind of creature are you? Make amendment today. Christ is awaiting you.

You will receive supernatural assistance today and unusual help awaits you from unexpected places.
Beloved, to be unregenerated is to be unsaved, unwise, unpardoned, without God and without hope. You must be born again of incorruptible seed
and being born in this manner shows that:
(1.) That all Christians are born again. The Apostle Peter speaks of it as what is common to all serious Christians, and by this they are brought into a new and a near relation to one another, they become brethren by their new birth experience.
(2.) The word of grace is the greatest means of regeneration, and of His own will He brought us forth by the word of truth, that we might be a kind of firstfruits of His creatures. The grace of regeneration is conveyed by the gospel of grace.
(3.) This new and second birth is much more desirable and excellent than the first. This is what the apostle teaches by preferring the incorruptible to the corruptible seed. By the one we become the children of men, by the other we become the sons and daughters of the Most High. The word of grace being compared to seed, teaches us that though, it is little in appearance. Yet, it is wonderful in operation, though it lies hid awhile, yet it grows up and produces excellent fruit of new life at last.
(4.) Those that are regenerated should love one another with a pure heart fervently. Brethren, by nature are bound to love one another, but the obligation is double where there is a spiritual relation.
(5.) The word of God lives and abides for ever. This word of grace is a living word, or a lively word (Heb. 4:12). It is a means of spiritual life, to begin it and preserve in it, animating and exciting us in our duty, till it brings us to eternal life, and it is abiding. It remains eternally true, and abides in the hearts of the regenerated forever.

You will experience favour and great mercy in all your endeavours today.
Regeneration is a subject which lies at the very basis of our salvation, and we must be very diligent to take heed that we are truly born again as enshrined in the above scripture.
There are many people today, who think they are, who are not.
I want to submit to you that the name of a Christian does not equate the nature of a Christian and that being born in a Christian home, and being recognized as professing the Christian faith is of no avail whatever, unless you are really born again.
It's a matter so mysterious indeed, "The wind bloweth where it listeth and thou heareth the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit".
However, it is a change of heart which is known and felt, known by works of holiness, and felt by a gracious experience. This great work of grace is supernatural. It is not an operation which a man performs for himself, a new principle is infused, which works in the heart renews the soul, and affects the entire man.
It is not a change of your name, but a renewal of your inner man, nature, so that you're not the man you used to be, but a new man in Christ Jesus.
Beloved, to be unregenerated is to be unsaved, unwise, unpardoned, without God and without hope. You must be born again of incorruptible seed.

Bearing His Reproach II

TOPIC: Bearing His Reproach II
TEXT: Hebrew 13:13
Welcome to a great day.
Each remaining day of this week will bring you better results and increase in Jesus' name.
As we shared yesterday, we must look into the major implication of this theme as enshrined in the 1 Pet. 4:14. Bearing His reproach comes along with some sufferings.
And this sort of suffering would fall to a believer’s lot, they would be reviled, evil-spoken of, and slandered for the name or sake of Christ. In such case I want to say happy are you, the reason of which is, “Because you have the spirit of God with you, to fortify and comfort you, and the Spirit of God is also the Spirit of glory, that will carry you through all, bring you off gloriously, and prepare and seal you up for eternal glory".
This glorious Spirit rest upon you, reside with you, dwell in you, support you, and is pleased with you, and is not this an unspeakable privilege? By your patience and fortitude in suffering, by your dependence upon the promises of God, and adhering to the word which the Holy Spirit hath revealed. He is on your part glorified, but by the contempt and reproaches cast upon you the Spirit Himself is evil-spoken of and blasphemed.
Note:
[1.] The best men and the best things usually meet with reproaches in the world. Jesus Christ and His followers, the Spirit of God and the gospel, are all evil-spoken of.
[2.] The happiness of good people not only consists with, but even flows from their afflictions. Happy are you!
[3.] That man who hath the Spirit of God resting upon him cannot be miserable, let his afflictions be ever so great. Happy are you for the Spirit of God, etc.
[4.] The blasphemies and reproaches which evil men cast upon the believer in Christ are taken by the Spirit of God as cast upon himself. On their part he is evil-spoken of.
[5.] When good people are vilified for the name of Christ, His Holy Spirit is glorified in them.

Good news is coming your way this week and you will enjoy help from unusual places in Jesus' name. I trust God you had a glorious weekend indeed.
First, Let us go forth therefore unto Him without the camp; go forth from the ceremonial law keeping, from sin, from worldliness, from idolatry, from unfaithfulness, from ourselves, our pride, and our very bodies, when He calls us.
Secondly, Let us be willing to bear his reproach, be willing to be accounted the offscouring of all things. Not worthy to live, not worthy to die a common death. This was His reproach, and we must submit to it; and we have the more reason because, whether we go forth from this world to Christ. We must necessarily go forth in a little time by death, for here we have no continuing city, we are on pilgrimage. Sin, sinners, death, will not suffer us to continue long here and therefore we should go forth now by obedient faith and seek in Christ Jesus the rest and settlement which this world cannot afford us.
Dearly beloved, it takes your obedient faith and submission to go forth from that which has been holding you down to walk closely with and to Him in order to attain a new status in Christ Jésus.
So, let us go out to Him outside the camp, bearing His contempt i.e the disgrace and shame that He had to suffer for our sakes.

Good news is coming your way this week and you will enjoy help from unusual places in Jesus' name. I trust God you had a glorious weekend indeed.
First, Let us go forth therefore unto Him without the camp; go forth from the ceremonial law keeping, from sin, from worldliness, from idolatry, from unfaithfulness, from ourselves, our pride, and our very bodies, when He calls us.
Secondly, Let us be willing to bear his reproach, be willing to be accounted the offscouring of all things. Not worthy to live, not worthy to die a common death. This was His reproach, and we must submit to it; and we have the more reason because, whether we go forth from this world to Christ. TOPIC: TAKE NO THOUGHT 2
TEXT: LUKE 12:22
Welcome to a glorious Sunday and l pray That in this new week, you will receive the grâce not to take thought of your life in Jesus name.
Today, by the grâce of God, we'll continue on the exposition of reasons why we should not take thought of our lives:
From our text in verse 27, Jesus pointed His disciples attention to the lilies. The lilies are handsome flowering plants of several genera having resemblance in colour. Jesus said to his disciples, "Consider the lilies,
i) how they grow
(ii)they toil not
(iii)they spin not;
(iv) yet Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these".
Take a look at the features of thèse lilies above, Jesus said as wealthy, honourable and Wise as Solomon was, He was not beautifully decorated like this Lilles. Wao! What a mystery, for God is the One who beautifies thèse lilies that way. So, have You thought within yourself that if God can do that to an inanimate thing, how much more You made in the image of God Himself (Gen. 1:26). Just take a look at verse 28 of our text. It says, "If then God so clothe the grass, which is to day in the field, and tomorrow is cast into the oven; how much more will he clothe you, O ye of little faith?
You see beloved, I realise that it is your lack of faith that makes you doubt the power of God to cater for all your needs and you then think worrying about it or thinking about it, is what will bring the solution. No!
Beloved, Jesus said something insightful,that instead of taking thought, we should;
(a) Not seek what we shall eat or
(b)what we shall drink
(c) neither be ye of a doubtful mind (James 1:6-8).
(d) seek ye the kingdom of God; and all these things shall be added unto you (Matt 6:33)
e) Fear not, little flock.
Why? for it is your Father's good pleasure to give you the kingdom. Not Just that little thing You ask of Him, but even the entire kingdom. For every good and perfect gifts come from God (James 1: 17). Halleluyah, Glory!!!

TAKE NO THOUGHT 1
DAILY GRACE
SAT. 5TH MARCH 2016
TOPIC: TAKE NO THOUGHT 1
TEXT: LUKE 12:22
Happy weekend to you. I believe God that He will perfect all that concerns you and give you all round testimonies.
By the grace of God, today God has an instruction to give to us for our upliftment and movement to the next level.
From our main text , Jesus said to His disciples that, "Therefore, I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat; neither for the body, what ye shall put on".
"Take no thought" is the instruction!
It means you should not even allow the thought of your life to occupy your heart to replace Him; what you are to drink, eat, wear or anything whatsoever, etc.
You might be thinking in your heart that, well l have not done it, nor acted on any of these things in anyway. You are very right! But, Jesus said, do not entertain the thought of any of those. You may ask why?
So many reasons were given even by Jesus Himself. Some of the things He said were;
(1) The life (which we live) is more than meat. For our live is hidden in Christ Jesus (Col. 3:3)
(2) The body is more than raiment. Our body is much more than the clothe we put upon. For our body is the temple of the living God (2 Cor. 6:16)
(3) Consider the ravens. Things to know about these ravens:
(a) for they neither sow nor reap. But you do sow and reap.
b) they do not have storehouse nor barn still God feeds them(can you imagine that). You have storehouses, even bank accounts and various investments.
Other reasons you should take no thought for your life is that;
(4) you are much more better than the fowls or ravens. For you are made in the image of God Himself. A replica of Yahweh God (Gen. 1:26, Ps. 82:6).
(5) By taking thought, you can't add one cubit to your stature. This is because even if you think of doing so, only God can decide to approve of it (Pro. 16:1).
(6.) The life of a man is not determined by abundance of his possessions.(Luke 12:15)
Beloved, You will do well by not taking thought of your life by handling over your life in totality to God.

Beloved, as you kick off this weekend, I see lost opportunities being restored and recovered to you now in the name Jesus Christ.
As we close the rank of our expository insights on the above subject, you will not remain the same again.
You're chosen by God to offer up spiritual sacrifice to God including;
(a) Being a living sacrifice of holy obedience to God and non-conformity to the world (Rom.12:1,2)
(b) Offering petitions and sacrifice of praise to God (Heb.13:15)
(c) Following and serving Him with your whole heart and giving to Him with your hand(Eph.5:1,2.Num.32:12)
(d) Performing good deeds and work of faith (Heb.13:16)
(e) Giving of your material possessions to honor, serve the Lord, and also supports His work. (Rom.12:13,Prov. 3:9)
(f) Presenting your body to God as a vessel of grace (instrument) and righteousness (Rom.6:13,19)
(g) Looking and watching for the blessed hope and glorious appearing of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ (Tit. 2:13).
Friends, having gained
wonderful insights into this revelation, it's important for us to walk and live in the light of this truth as a chosen race indeed.TGIF

This day will be an outstanding day for you in every way. Where human ability has failed you, grace of God the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit will grant you success in the name of Jesus Christ.
As we make progress in grace to gain more insights today into this mystery of chosen race.
Beloved, blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has chosen and blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus.
And He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before Him in love.
You're chosen to be guarded and guided by the Holy Spirit (Rom. 8:14)
You're chosen by God to be transformed by the Word of grace.
You're chosen by God to be loved not hated (Ps. 78:68)
You are chosen to be commended, not condemned (Rom. 8:1)
You're chosen to be lifted and elevated above your enemies(Ps.78:70)
You are chosen by God to possess your possessions in life (Obad.1: 17)
You are chosen by God for the praise of the glory of His grace, by which He has made you accepted in the beloved.

As you go ahead and prosper this month, I see your failure turning to success by His grace. I am certain that from today, you are moving from obscurity to limelight in the name of Jesus Christ .
We are going to gain more insights today as we press further into this mystery of our ordination by Christ Jesus.
You're chosen by His grace to bear and retain fruits abundantly.
You are chosen by God to intercede and pray for one another (Col. 4:12, Rev.8:3)
You are chosen by God to declare the Word of grace and pray for it's success. (1Cor.14:26)
You are a chosen race to proclaim and demonstrate the gospel of grace to His glory.
You are chosen by God to be the head not the tail in whatever you do.
You are chosen by God to go ahead in life to prosper and exercise dominion.
