REDEEMED OF THE LORD

TOPIC:REDEEMED OF THE LORD
TEXT: Isaiah 51:11
                          
 The Lord is giving you a new song of victory   this new week. He is ushering you into a deep experience of His grace this day in Jesus name.
His word to you is that, you are the redeemed of the Lord and He has got lots of goodies for you as you embark on your journey this week. He says to you, "Therefore the redeemed of the LORD shall return, and come with singing unto Zion; and everlasting joy shall be upon their head: they shall obtain gladness and joy; and sorrow and mourning shall flee away."               
 There are lots of things embedded in the fact that you are called the redeemed of the Most High God.
Have you been to places where you have been put to shame before, God says to you that you will return and come back with singing and being joyful.
 This is to say that mourning, sorrow, sighing, weeping, regrets, hardship, grief and pains shall all flee away. What a sweet experience to be called God's redeemed.

Other intrinsic benefits of being the redeemed of the Lord are;
  a. You will no longer be put to shame any longer (Ish 29:22)    
  b. Fear will no longer rule or dominate you (2 Tim. 1:7, Ish 43:1).
  c. You are then called by the name of the Lord- You are God's own property (1 Pet. 2:9-10, Ish. 43:1)
  d. Your sins are blotted out- erased , forgiven and forgotten by God (Ish. 44:22).
  e. The Lord cause His  glory to be evident on you (Ish. 44:23).
 f. You will experience everlasting and exceeding joy-Joy that knows no limit (Ish. 51:11).
  g. The Lord refresh and comforts you on all sides (Ish. 52:9).
 h. God makes you His holy person and you are called Sought Out- a city not forsaken. He won't leave you nor forsake you (Ish.62:12)                  
 i. God will plead your cause,i.e He will fight your battles for you. What a rare privilege for the Sovereign God to fight your battle for you. It means no worry nor anxiety whatsoever, for He will surely win on your behalf (Lam. 3:58, Jer. 31:11).    

  So dearly beloved, since all these and many more are yours as the redeemed of the Lord; what you need to do is to keep walking daily in the reality of this truth,and professing it that you are the redeemed of the Lord indeed. Halleluyah! (Psalms 107:2).                           

  Personal confession: I declare that l am the redeemed of the Lord, hence l prosper in all that l lay my hands upon in Jesus' name.
