KEEP HIS COMMANDMENT

DAILY GRACE TUES. 24TH APRIL, 2018 KEEP HIS COMMANDMENT 1JOHN 3:22 "And whatsoever we ask, we receive of him, because we keep his commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in his sight." The major cause of unanswered prayers is failure of the saint to keep His commandments. Whenever you go to God of all grace with a request that He modifies the existing situation for you, that is, that He should answer your prayer request; there are two conditions that you must meet. They are; (1) You must pray in the will of God of all grace. To pray with confidence, you must be certain that your request falls within the broad will of God for your purpose. (2) You must be on "praying ground"; that is, you must be living a pleasing life to God of all grace. The condition here is also very important. God has not placed Himself under obligation to honor the requests of worldly, carnal or disobedient Christians. He hears and answers the prayers of only those who walk in His way not those who know His act. Friend, without maintaining a strict adherent to the above points, you can not secure an express answer from the throne of grace, and it is futile to beg the God of all grace to act contrary to His revealed purposes. God of all grace always answers the prayer that accords with His will as revealed, provided the one who prays is obedient and trust in him. Enjoy your day!!!
