RESIST THE DEVIL

DAILY GRACE TUES 12TH DEC, 2017 RESIST THE DEVIL JAMES 4: 7 "Therefore submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you." Beloved, I have had times in my life and ministry when the burdens and the pressures seemed to be too much to the extent that the physical weariness adds pain to pain that really exposed me temptation to give in to discouragement and doubt atimes about the pursuit of this calling. At such times, it seems that even in prayer it is impossible to rise above the load. But the Lord imparted faith directly from heaven, and enabled me to claim all that I needed for body, soul and spirit. Heaviness, depression and oppression does not come from God, they come from the enemy- the devil, but l discovered the blessings of submission to God of all grace. Friend, God of all grace wants you to be humble and let Him do the chastening when and where necessary in your life. But when the devil starts tampering with your destiny, you must be desperate to resist him. However, you can not resist the devil until you learn how to submit to God of all grace. To be continued. Enjoy your day!
