LOSS FOR CHRIST

DAILY GRACE THURS. 21ST SEPT. 2017 LOSS FOR CHRIST PHILIPPIANS 3: 7 "But what things were gain to me, those I counted loss for Christ." Many want to follow Christ Jesus today but they are not ready to part away with some habits, valuable things that they are so obsessed with in life. You must know that you can not go up if you can not give up! When apostle Paul spoke of "these things", l believe he was referring to his credentials, credit, success, lifetime achievements that may get in the way of his relationship with Christ Jesus. Beloved, what Christ Jesus has done for you is more valuable than the worthless possession and behavior that is getting on the way of your relationship with Christ Jesus. You must make up your mind not to be attached to achievements rather put them behind you and press forward in your relationship with God so as to fulfil God's eternal purpose hanging on your head.
