RETURN TO GOD

DAILY GRACE SAT. 17TH JUNE, 2017 RETURN TO GOD ISAIAH 55:7 Dearly beloved it is my prayer that every area of your life that you have gone far away from God, you will surely return to Him today in Jesus' name. It is always the delight of the eternal God to always see His children return to Him. "Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return to the Lord, and He will abundantly pardon". There are three people that know for certain the particular areas where you have gone far away from the Lord and they are: 1) You: You yourself are aware of those issues and areas where you have fallen from grace and gone far away from your Creator, yet you can't help yourself. 2) Devil: He knows whether you are hot or cold and also love that you remain like that. 3) God: He knows all things including your present situation, hence He delights to see you grow and become great. It is your thoughts, (either positive or negative) that birth forth your words and then your actions. A man is wicked not necessarily because of his ill-actions but because of the wicked thoughts that is inherent in his heart which can later produces the wicked actions. When the thoughts change, his acts will never be wicked anymore. The heart of man is desperately wicked, who can know it?only God and this is why God changes us from inside out, He doesn't begin by changing your outward nature first of all (even though it will change also). When a man surrenders his heart to God, He first does a thorough work of grace on his heart by changing the evil nature in his heart to God's kind of nature. Oh wicked man, forsake your ways and you unrighteous man, your thoughts. Friend, you must know that there is no amount of quality of work that man can do to appease God of all grace or become righteous thereby, except for the righteousness of Christ Jesus. It is Christ's righteousness that makes a believer righteous, not his own works of self righteousness. May you receive fresh understanding today in Jesus' name. Enjoy your day!
