SING AND PRAISE

DAILY GRACE 13TH FEBRUARY, 2017 SING AND PRAISE 2 CHRO. 20: 22 Welcome to a fresh week, may you experience unusual victory through His grace this day in Jesus name. "Now when they began to sing and to praise, the LORD set ambushes against the people of Ammon, Moab, and Mount Seir, who had come against Judah; and they were defeated." When Jehoshaphat called a council of war, and it was resolved to appoint singers to go out before the army, to charge in the front, who had nothing else to do but to praise God of all grace, to praise His holiness, which is His beauty, to praise Him as they did in the temple. It is good to sing and praise the Lord; for His mercy endureth for ever.   By this strange and unconventional advance towards the field of battle, Jehoshaphat intended to express His firm reliance upon the word of God of all grace, which enabled him to triumph before the battle, to animate his own soldiers, to confound the enemy, and to engage God of all grace for all round victory. You are to open your day and week with singing and praises irrespective of challenges that you may be facing now because song and praise pleases God of all grace better than all your burnt offerings and sacrifices. Whatever you have been praying for before now and are yet to receive answers, you can engage singing and praising God to provoke your breakthroughs. To be continued.. Enjoy your day!
