DAILY GRACE MON. 5TH FEB. 2018 FAITH WITHOUT WORKS JAMES 2:26 "For just as the human body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works [of obedience] is also dead." Happy new working week to you beloved. God of all grace wants you to understand that the Christian journey is a journey of faith. This faith is not only expressed in our confessions alone but in our actions, works or good deeds to God and humanity. Works of obedience is what makes our faith a living faith. Without putting your faith into profitable action, it is only referred to as a dead faith. We will know what you belief by your actions (works of obedience). Abraham acted in obedience to God and this made his faith a living and active one. It was his obedience to God of all grace that showed to us what he believed and who his belief was centered upon. Hereupon, showed forth his faith and his works (the work of obedience to God's word). Friend, don't just be a professor of faith alone, add benevolent action that reflect the works of love, obedience and faithfulness unto God and humanity. Enjoy your day!!!
